We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Engineer. This role will be responsible for supporting sites and departments on their Operational Excellence journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience in teaching, coaching, and training Lean systems and Lean Thinking. They will also be able to track, monitor, and report results for key lean initiatives and assess, coach, and provide constructive feedback to teams.

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will serve as a change manager, influencing organizational leadership in the transformation to an Operational Excellence culture. They will identify opportunities within site and departmental processes and mentor teams to apply best practices and execute change that links improvement to strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will utilize data and KPIs to identify priorities and ensure goals are achieved. They will also facilitate training sessions that will optimize processes, practices, and influence thinking regarding problem-solving.
