**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to lead our district recruitment team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sourcing and selecting top talent, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with community advocates and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet district goals
  • Sourcse and select top talent for our office
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to analyze recruiting ratios and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in sales, recruiting, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally as a team member and with all levels of people
