Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Operations Specialist to join our team at Steris Corporation. As a key member of our instrument processing department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the reprocessing of surgical instruments and trays
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to quality control measures and regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare services environment
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $67,750 - $94,762 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
