Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Employee Relations cases with expertise and professionalism.
  • Provide consultative services to managers, employees, and HR functions on HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant country laws, regulations, policies, and practices.
  • Investigate and resolve Employee Relations issues with the Office of Ethics & Compliance and Security.
  • Maintain confidential ER data in both systems and paper files.
