Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist to join our team at Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI). This is a full-time position located in our administrative office in Saint Paul, MN.
Job Summary:The Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist will assist Property Managers in effectively managing ASI's properties by ensuring that all processes and documentation related to move-ins are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Property Managers in managing ASI's properties, including ensuring accurate and efficient move-in processes.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in property management or a related field.
- Proficiency in all standard administrative functions, including data entry and document preparation.
- Strong computer and data processing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) Certification, knowledge of Section 8, 202 PRAC, and 811 PRAC a plus.
