Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience:
  • A minimum of six years in Organizational Change Management, with a solid grasp of essential methodologies and deliverables.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives in large organizations.
  • Understanding of IT business processes and information systems.
  • Relevant certifications such as Prosci or SHRM.
  • Familiarity with tools like Articulate or WhatFix for online training development.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and project management tools (preferably Jira).
