Command Holdings is in search of a Security Strategy Consultant to design, execute, oversee, and evaluate security assistance and cooperation initiatives across USSOUTHCOM, its affiliated commands, and various mission partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic partnership, integration, and engagement support for USSOUTHCOM and foreign liaison operations.
  • Facilitate regional security cooperation initiatives, including exchanges and visits.
  • Oversee the implementation of diverse U.S.C. Title 10 and Title 22 programs, integrating these into solutions that further national security goals.
  • Enhance partnerships with foreign nations through assessments and recommendations aimed at improving their capabilities.
  • Advance the capacity and capabilities of partner nations via training and equipment provision.
  • Offer expertise for training initiatives within the region.
  • Provide technical insights and recommend technology/equipment to ensure interoperability between partner forces and U.S. forces.

This position is contingent upon award.


Work Environment:

The work environment is characterized by moderate noise levels typical of a business office setting, with occasional loud noise from airfields or large equipment. The role requires the ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.


Physical Demands:

While fulfilling job responsibilities, the employee must be able to sit, stand, talk, and hear. Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer is required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.


Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel is expected, approximately 10%.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in security assistance, cooperation, or evaluation activities.
  • Experience with combatant commands.
  • Exceptional communication skills and client-focused approach.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with USSOCOM or TSOC.
