Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic partnership, integration, and engagement support for USSOUTHCOM and international liaison operations.
  • Facilitate regional security cooperation initiatives, including exchanges and visits.
  • Oversee the implementation of various U.S.C. Title 10 and Title 22 programs, integrating them into comprehensive solutions that further national security goals.
  • Enhance partnerships with foreign nations through assessments and recommendations aimed at improving their capabilities.
  • Advance the capacity and capabilities of partner nations by providing training and equipment.
  • Offer expertise in training initiatives within the region.
  • Provide technical insights and recommend technology/equipment to ensure interoperability between partner forces and U.S. military.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise levels typical of a business office setting with computers, phones, and printers, along with occasional loud noise from airfields or large equipment.
  • Ability to remain seated at a computer for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

  • While fulfilling job responsibilities, the employee must be able to sit, stand, speak, and hear.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer is required.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal travel, approximately 10%.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in security assistance, cooperation, or evaluation activities.
  • Experience with combatant commands.
  • Exceptional communication skills and client-focused approach.
  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with USSOCOM or TSOC.
