Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager at Replimune, you will be responsible for establishing clinical conviction in our products and overseeing total account management within your designated territory. This involves identifying precise patient characteristics, approved efficacy data, and potential adverse event awareness.
You will guide healthcare professionals in your region, ensuring they are well-versed in proper dosing, administration, and overall treatment expectations. Additionally, you will provide guidance on reimbursement and efficiently employ approved resources with a targeted approach to cater to both customer and patient requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Spearheading the establishment of clinical conviction in Replimune products
- Overseeing total account management within your designated territory
- Guiding healthcare professionals in your region
- Providing guidance on reimbursement
- Efficiently employing approved resources
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is a mandatory requirement
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Oncology or a relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
- Proficiency in contextual selling, resulting in strong, trust-based customer relationships
- A deep commitment to enhancing patient care delivery
- A strong sense of accountability for results in a matrixed work environment
