We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at MSP Hire, Inc. as a vital link between our clients and our technical service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Technology Business Review: Plan, organize, and lead high-level meetings with clients on a regular basis to deliver comprehensive strategic technology plans.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare and present reports to internal teams, review client accounts, and create reports to actively participate in structured internal team meetings.
  • Quotes and Contracts: Respond to client requests for hardware or software with accurate, timely quotes and review existing contracts to provide proactive recommendations for service changes.

Requirements:

  • Professional: Maintain a courteous demeanor and deliver timely, efficient support to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Educated: Hold a relevant education and at least 3 years of account management and customer service experience, with experience with an MSP being a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a solid understanding of IT fundamentals and a strong desire to continuously improve and expand technical skills.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and simply with both clients and team members, being an active listener to understand and respond effectively.
  • Problem Solver: Collaborate with clients, management, and colleagues to leverage diverse perspectives and skills to effectively solve problems.
  • Strategic Thinking: Analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategies that align with company goals and benefit clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, identify errors and inconsistencies, and take pride in delivering accurate, error-free work.
  • Organized and Adaptable: Exhibit strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and achieve both company and personal goals, adapting to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, and strategies.
  • Honest with Strong Ethical Standards: Treat everyone with respect and fairness, upholding promises and commitments to clients and team members.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.
  • Full-time in-office position (8:30a to 5:30p M-F) with limited local travel (20% - 30%) and a monthly fuel stipend.
  • 2 weeks of vacation after 1 year, with 1 week available after 6 months.
  • 40 hours of PTO for use as sick time or personal errands.
  • 8 National Holidays a year.
  • 401K Retirement Plan with 4% matching Company contribution (eligible in 6 months).
