  • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Establish and maintain a strong client base, adhering to company standards and best practices.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
  • Personalized Fitness Services
    • Design and deliver customized fitness programs, including orientations, stretching, and personal training sessions.
    • Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
  • Club Services and Programs
    • Stay up-to-date on all club services, programs, and products, ensuring seamless integration into client services.
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks
    • Update and maintain the Personal Training App, ensuring accurate and timely information.
    • Adjust and operate all fitness equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Qualifications
    • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
    • CPR/AED certification.
  • Experience and Skills
    • 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Essential Physical Requirements
    • Ability to perform all essential physical aspects of the position, including standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
