Senior Demand Generation Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our team, tasked with enhancing our acquisition strategy and reducing our time to market. This pivotal role encompasses three primary areas of focus: strategic thinking, content development, and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Growth Manager, Product Marketing, Agent Content Marketing, Sales teams, and channel owners to craft engaging channel-specific messaging across the customer journey.
- Generate digital marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, and advertisements, to expedite execution and leverage opportunities presented by partnerships and paid media channels.
- Identify content gaps and work with the Agent Content team to generate captivating assets for diverse channels, including email campaigns, blogs, digital ads, social media content, and website copy.
- Continuously test email, ad, and landing page conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey, from lead acquisition to conversion.
- Partner with the Marketing Analyst to monitor and report on key performance metrics, using insights to refine campaign strategies continuously.
- Establish a closed feedback loop with the sales team to optimize campaign performance and quality consistently, while identifying new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with visual designers to develop visually appealing assets that drive overall performance and uphold brand standards.
- Efficiently scope projects and build work back schedules aligned with key business milestones.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to advise and improve demand generation strategies.
