Job Title: Assoc Mgr, Digital Marketing

Chico's FAS, Inc. is a leading fashion retailer with a strong online presence. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

This role provides support in managing all paid digital marketing initiatives. The primary focus is to drive revenue online and into stores through paid media programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, PMAX, video, affiliates, influencers, display, and emerging ad platforms.
  • Responsible for weekly reporting, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test results, campaign performance, and creative performance.
  • Develops and owns reporting, analytics, and optimization tactics for continual improvement of campaigns.
  • Executes against budget and ensures accurate expenditure tracking and accounting against plans for brand(s).
  • Monitors performance across programs and conducts measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of digital programs.
  • Monitors spend, revenue, and KPIs on a weekly basis and makes investment recommendations as necessary.
  • Helps identify and leverages collaborations between all paid programs. Evaluates new customer acquisition metrics and subsequent value of customers acquired.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years' online consumer retail marketing experience, including online/internet retail consumer marketing.
  • Outstanding creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and project management skills. Strong spreadsheet, word processing, and database skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
