Director of Assisted Living Communities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead the operation of our assisted living community, ensuring quality care for residents and achieving business and financial profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership: Lead and direct the overall operation of the assisted living community, aligning with resident needs, governmental regulations, and company policies.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, while managing expenses and ensuring labor hours are within budget parameters.
- Sales and Marketing: Manage sales and marketing efforts, including regular involvement in sales strategy and community engagement as a healthcare leader.
- Human Resources Management: Provide human resources management, ensuring employee orientation and training exceed state standards, monitoring employee satisfaction, and managing worker's compensation claims and safety management.
- Staff Scheduling and Development: Oversee all scheduling of staff, manage in-services, and ensure quality systems are in place to meet resident needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, including timely reporting of critical events and maintaining a deficiency-free status.
- Staff Engagement and Motivation: Engage and motivate staff, promoting open communication and providing direct, timely, and motivating feedback.
- Delegation and Accountability: Delegate responsibilities effectively, providing clear written and oral direction to others.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Maintain a positive attitude and open mind when confronted with change, ambiguity, and uncertainty.
- Resource Management: Organize and manage resources, considering costs and benefits when proposing new financial purchases.
- Budget Management: Maintain accountability for department-specific budget and ensure adherence to budget parameters.
- Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure department-specific policies and procedures are in compliance with federal and state rules and regulations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete Federal and State mandated documentation in a timely manner.
