We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team at Titan Ventures in the department of Organization and Law.


Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain various rental properties, taking on additional areas of responsibility as needed
• Handle invoicing, basic accounting tasks, and process invoices efficiently
• Provide general secretarial and administrative support

Requirements:
• Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in rental property management or several years of professional experience
• Independent and responsible work ethic, with a willingness to learn complex matters
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a team
• Proficient in MS Office applications and possibly SAP
