We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Ketryx. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be the technical evangelist for our Connected Application Lifecycle Management platform, responsible for demonstrating its value to life sciences teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and conduct tailored demonstrations of Ketryx's platform, highlighting key pain points, features, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and craft solution proposals emphasizing our key value propositions: higher quality, faster releases, and inspection readiness.
  • Address technical questions about Ketryx's integration with various DevTools and its benefits for the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide feedback to our development team based on client interactions.
  • Stay updated on life sciences regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps practices, and software development in regulated environments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with various DevTools and understanding of their role in the software development process.
  • Familiarity with life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and software validation requirements.
  • Willingness to travel.
