Job Title: Technical Product Analyst - AI Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Analyst - AI Expert to join our team at Insight Global. As a Technical Product Analyst - AI Expert, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Expert Search and AI Chatbot Agent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, epic planning, and backlog refinement.
  • Collaborate with development teams and ensure alignment with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Ensure all user stories and product epics are clear, detailed, and prioritized.
  • Manage product backlog and ensure smooth sprint delivery.
  • Drive the technical aspects of generative AI implementations, utilizing platforms like OpenAI and Azure AI.
  • Focus on search engine optimization.
  • Experience with Elastic Search is a plus, particularly in enhancing search functionality and performance.
  • Act as a key contact for team members, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical or operational roadblocks, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate between cross-functional teams.
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Present roadmaps, product updates, and technical insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud costs, particularly related to AI model hosting.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Manager, or a similar role in AI, software, or search engine technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.
  • Track record of managing and optimizing cloud-based AI products a plus.
