Mentor Technical Group is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a world leader in life science engineering and technical solutions, we provide comprehensive technical support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, with experience in lifecycle asset management and smart building technologies. They will be responsible for driving continual improvement in predictive and condition-based maintenance, leveraging current and future smart building technologies.

The Reliability Engineer will work closely with stakeholders to drive life cycle asset management across strategic accounts, ensuring quality work execution and maintaining technical excellence. They will also be responsible for developing bill of materials and critical spare parts programs, as well as ensuring CMMS maintenance plans are in place for critical assets.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, reliability engineering, or a related field, and proven experience in reliability engineering or a similar role. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CMMS and asset management software, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
