Job Overview

Position Objective

The Child and Family Support Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive service planning and case management. This role involves providing high-quality support services to children and families, facilitating the creation of Family Partnership Agreements, and assisting families in accessing necessary resources to meet their unique goals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in case management or equivalent training.
  • Proven experience working closely with families, demonstrating the ability to engage with diverse family units on a professional level.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish is preferred.
  • Must complete a physical examination and TB skin test, pass all criminal background checks, and E-Verify.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required.
