Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as a Director of Total Rewards in Human Resources (HR). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and market trends
  • Oversee HR budget and resources, ensuring strategic allocation to support HR initiatives
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, aligning people strategies with business goals
  • Champion a culture of inclusion and belonging, promoting member engagement and sustainability

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or equivalent field of study
  • At least 12 years of Human Resources experience focused on compensation, benefits, and payroll
  • Experience managing total rewards related reporting and audits, including tax filings and general ledger entries
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and payroll principles, practices, and regulations
