JOB OVERVIEW
The Sales Stylist plays a vital role in executing various functions and processes related to customer engagement, sales performance, merchandising, and overall store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Levi Strauss & Company's legacy and brand
Exhibit outstanding product expertise
Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor at Levi's Store by employing The 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close
Achieve or surpass defined store and individual sales targets consistently
Adhere to Levi's Stores cash handling protocols
Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention policies
Support stock team members with merchandise replenishment and security tagging on the sales floor as required
Assist in the pricing of products as necessary
Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts
Contribute to maintaining store aesthetics in line with Levi's Stores visual presentation standards and general cleanliness protocols
Essential Qualifications:
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends
Capability to lift up to 40 pounds, along with frequent standing, walking, squatting, and bending
Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
High school diploma or GED is preferred
