About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and ensure accurate product pricing and labeling.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6 months of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
