A Day in the Life

As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will provide support to attorneys and collaborate with other paralegals to prepare and abstract purchase agreements, analyze title and survey matters, and draft memorandums and objection letters. You will also conduct research on real property tax and ownership information, coordinate and conduct escrow closings, and ensure compliance with escrow instruction letters.

We Know You

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, or relevant work experience as a substitute. Previous experience in a large firm and knowledge of real estate transactions are advantageous.
