Position Summary:
The Media Delivery division is at the forefront of utilizing our advanced technology framework to make timely media investment choices that enhance client campaign outcomes and maximize advertising returns. This team is entrusted with managing substantial budgets, ensuring optimal message delivery to target audiences at the right moment. Furthermore, they play a crucial role in maintaining the platform's efficiency by relaying requests and insights to our Product, Engineering, and Media Inventory Acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the targeting and media strategy for designated advertiser accounts.
- Partner with Account Managers to devise optimal performance solutions tailored to each client.
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of all campaigns, consistently meeting or surpassing client performance standards.
- Provide weekly updates on delivery status to the Account Management team.
- Collaborate with Product and Data Modeling teams to create solutions that boost operational efficiency and enhance client performance.
- Participate in pre-sales planning regarding campaign structure, execution, and build-out, which will influence delivery success metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online work and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) operations, ideally within an advertising network or agency.
- Preferred educational background in media, marketing, or IT, or relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Understanding of the internet and its commercial/marketing advantages.
- Strong analytical, sales, and written communication skills.
- Well-honed communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient client management skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet tools).
- Able to engage effectively with individuals at all levels of decision-making.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
