Job Title: Paid Media Specialist

Berkshire Hathaway Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid digital marketing campaigns for a nationwide group of automotive dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large budgets for multiple dealerships and different campaign types on multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, YouTube, and others.
  • Build effective Meta/Paid Search campaigns in the appropriate channel platform.
  • Continuously strive to improve account performance and advertising efficiency through campaign optimization and A/B testing.
  • Conduct, measure, and implement the results of A/B tests.
  • Keep up with the latest digital advertising industry developments.
  • Proactively consult with dealership representatives to recommend new campaign opportunities, budget changes, and to scale existing campaigns to drive traffic growth.
  • Prepare and deliver digital marketing performance reviews with dealership stakeholders.
  • Perform traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources/mediums.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience accepted.
  • Up to 3 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns preferred.
  • Working experience directly managing paid advertising via search and social media platforms preferred.
  • Experience working with project management platforms similar to Asana and Monday.
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics certification required within 30 days; current certifications preferred.
