Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Lead online advertising efforts by managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize ad spend based on performance metrics to achieve the best ROI.
- Oversee the development and optimization of website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Work closely with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed, including keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO tactics.
- Create and manage the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all platforms.
- Analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop lead-generation strategies and manage the customer database for targeted campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs, trends, and areas for improvement to senior management.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors as needed for campaign execution.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Test and experiment with new digital tools and platforms to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
