We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool Nurse Residency Program at ChristianaCare. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a 12-month residency program that integrates educational components with preceptor-led clinical experiences on various units.
- Develop strong clinical skills and knowledge in multiple areas, including medical, surgical, and step-down units.
- Collaborate with experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the organization.
- Graduating from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience by the start of the program.
- Eligible for Delaware license as a Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse.
- BLS required.
- A comprehensive orientation and training program.
