About the Role
We're seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leadership Professionals to join our team. As a Sales and Leadership Professional, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability. You'll work closely with our store management team to oversee the sales and customer service teams, and provide coaching and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with store management to oversee the sales and customer service teams
- Provide coaching and development to ensure the sales and customer service teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety, loss prevention, and security
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Support employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action
- Respond to and resolve customer and employee complaints
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, marketing, or sales)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, leadership, or customer service
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages
Compensation and Benefits
As a Sales and Leadership Professional at Sherwin-Williams, you'll be eligible for a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You'll also be eligible for a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
