You will collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the acquisition and sale of vehicles, ensuring compliance with all necessary protocols. Additionally, you will engage with dealership clients to evaluate their vehicles for potential purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams and management to assess needs and recommend appropriate disposal channels and pricing for vehicles.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to finalize vehicle purchases and manage appraisal processes.
  • Engage with current vehicle owners through multiple sources to negotiate purchase opportunities.
  • Approach and interact with dealership customers to appraise and present offers for their vehicles.
  • Work alongside the maintenance department to determine whether repairs should be handled internally or outsourced.
  • Generate and analyze reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the purchasing and selling processes.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance purchasing efficiency and profitability.
  • Address customer complaints post-sale by assessing repair responsibilities and company policies.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Experience in sales or BDC is advantageous.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude is a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills are necessary.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
