Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking to expand our Sales Territory Consultant team. In this role, you will focus on initiating outbound communications to promote service contracts to potential clients and distributors. Your expertise will be crucial in pre-qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and finalizing sales through various channels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieving and surpassing individual sales objectives.
  • Implementing outbound sales initiatives via phone and digital platforms.
  • Advancing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Showcasing Aztec solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and gathering essential lead information.
  • Providing accurate quotes and promoting products and services within your specialty.
  • Maintaining and updating sales data to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Recognizing market trends and suggesting alternative sales strategies.

Qualifications for Success
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates holding a 2 or 4-year degree. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • A proactive mindset and comfort in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Proven ability to learn about our products and effectively sell service contracts.
  • Strong communication skills to convey product knowledge and address customer needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with prospects.

  • Experience in call centers or telesales roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
