Role Summary: This position is essential in crafting a delightful dining atmosphere for residents and visitors at Wickshire Senior Living. The Culinary Service Associate is responsible for greeting guests, taking meal orders, serving food, offering assistance, and ensuring that dining areas are tidy, welcoming, and well-prepared.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicates daily specials, clarifies menu options, takes orders, and addresses inquiries from patrons.
2. Delivers meals and clears tables with a warm, friendly, courteous, respectful, and engaging attitude.
3. Maintains a safe, clean, and organized dining environment.
4. Aids in food preparation for special occasions.
5. Assists in the cleaning and storage of kitchenware, including pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, adhering to proper sanitation standards.
6. Completes all required compliance, HIPAA, and state and federal regulatory training as mandated.
7. Upholds a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: A High School Diploma or GED is required. Familiarity with basic kitchen operations, food safety, and cooking practices is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, and Special Requirements: Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid state driver's license.
