Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will act as a liaison between our customers and our shop, utilizing your expertise in documentation and communication to manage work orders and facilitate the proper and timely repair of customer equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer equipment, documenting information and using inspection sheets to identify service needs.
  • Understand the work required to repair customer equipment and address specific concerns.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the repair and payment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage work orders using our dealer management system, ensuring efficient workflow and completion of tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones, greeting customers, and responding to inquiries.
  • Keep track of equipment status and provide customers with updates via their preferred method of communication.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse personalities and emotional states.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, with proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
  • Commitment to completing Service Advisor training.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
