As the voice of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to our customers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Take incoming customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Respond to all messages left overnight, providing prompt and personalized support to our customers.
  • Follow up on pending and recommended work, utilizing our pending work log to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Comfort Advisor with marketing and sales initiatives as directed.
  • Update customer files with new information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support the Comfort Advisor with sales processes, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Requirements

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced working environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required.
  • Excellent phone skills and strong computer skills.

Work Schedule

The work week will consist of four days from 8am to 5pm and one day from 10am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Every five weeks, a working Saturday from 8am to 12pm is required.
