Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at T and L Auto Sales LLC. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying and communicating any necessary repairs or maintenance to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of repairs and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date on manufacturer training and certifications to ensure expertise in vehicle repair and maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a service advisor or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
