About the Position

Teksky LLC is seeking a Project Deployment Coordinator who will engage with the Restaurant Sector, their Franchise partners, and Operations teams nationwide to address their technological needs.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee projects that involve IT configurations for fixtures and displays, intricate appliance installations, setting up planograms and graphics, ensuring that our locations are operational daily.


• Provide support to the Deployment Functionality Technician during the implementation of IT projects.


• Foster a positive customer experience by establishing relationships and delivering tailored solutions.


• Manage complex interactive display setups, Audio-Visual distribution support, extensive category planogram arrangements, and the execution of signage and product security installations.


• Ensure all assigned Franchise projects and display functionalities meet established standards and timelines, including follow-up on any known issues.


• Assist Project Deployment teams in training new members through mentorship and sharing best practices.


• Implement new interactive technologies during renovations and special projects.


• Support the Deployment Functionality Technician with installation and troubleshooting tasks.


• Provide both basic and advanced functionality support for interactive displays during large-scale resets and remodels.


• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of complex vendor-provided displays.

Essential Skills


• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to navigate challenges and ambiguity confidently.


• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in large-scale project management within the Technology and Restaurant sectors, or equivalent educational background.


• Proficient in project management tools, methodologies, and relevant technologies.


• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, results-driven attitude, and strong interpersonal abilities.


• PMI/PMP certification or equivalent experience is advantageous.


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably IT-related.


• Strong customer focus with an understanding of the customer journey in the Restaurant sector.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.


• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage large datasets.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in project management within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), restaurant, and retail sectors.
