Bottega Veneta Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Soho, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively engaging with clients, developing new relationships, and staying informed about new product releases, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other sales techniques to maximize each transaction, improve key performance indicators, and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, regularly updating and refining client profile records.
- Pursue continuous learning and development, seeking feedback from colleagues and management to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, including merchandise presentation, signage, and general maintenance, as requested.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Ability to work closing shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, and participate in inventory and holiday season activities.
