We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Administrator to support our President and executive team. This role encompasses a range of administrative responsibilities and supervisory duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Executive Administrator, you will:

  • Provide Comprehensive Administrative Support: Assist the President and executive team with scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.
  • Facilitate Effective Communication: Draft professional communications and manage complex calendar arrangements.
  • Organize Meetings and Events: Proactively manage logistics for business meetings and corporate events.
  • Data Management: Utilize advanced tools such as Google products, Smartsheet, and Microsoft applications to manage data efficiently.
  • Vendor Coordination: Oversee vendor relationships and manage accounts related to office and facility maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Support corporate objectives by ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate Degree, coupled with 5-10 years of relevant experience in a construction or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning and coordination.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and high organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing construction contracts and insurance documentation.
