Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Logistics and Administration: Assist with logistics and administrative tasks as required, including data entry, reporting, and other duties.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, purchasing, and customer service.
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Proven ability to generate leads and conduct cold calls to drive sales growth.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM software and ability to use it to manage client relationships and sales activities.
- Contract Negotiation: Excellent contract negotiation skills to secure deals and build strong relationships with clients.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and operations.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
