Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading the store team alongside the General Manager to drive retail growth in alignment with company strategies and values.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Providing professional, courteous, and prompt service to all customers, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the organization and storage of parts in accordance with established systems.
  • Assisting in inventory management and maintaining the Parts Department's appearance.
  • Completing required training and participating in company meetings to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Utilizing automotive knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Understanding automotive principles to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
  • Performing various store duties, including stocking, cleaning, and customer service.
  • Exhibiting a willingness to support team functions as directed by management.

Work Schedule:

A flexible schedule is essential, allowing for availability on various days, evenings, and weekends to provide quality service and support business growth.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of management experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated history of successful job performance.
  • Familiarity with automotive systems and diagnostic capabilities.
  • ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and sales skills.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Education Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to walk or stand for extended periods, communicate effectively, and perform various physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment:

While primarily working indoors, there may be occasions requiring outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Employees may encounter moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
