As a Lot Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Washing and maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles in inventory
  • Inspecting both new and existing vehicles for any damages
  • Organizing and maintaining the inventory lot as necessary
  • Ensuring the front line of vehicles is consistently filled
  • Arranging the lot according to management directives
  • Applying stickers to vehicles, including pricing and buyer's guides
  • Reporting any equipment malfunctions to management
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Skills, Experience, and Educational Requirements:

  • Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor throughout the workday
  • Ability to adhere to instructions and follow directions
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
  • Physical capability to operate and park all types of vehicles (both automatic and manual transmission)
  • Pass a drug screening to ensure a safe workplace
  • Possess a clear and valid driver's license
  • Maintain a clean driving record
