Pediatric Behavioral Health Lead Nurse

We are seeking a Pediatric Behavioral Health Lead Nurse to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for leading the Pediatric Behavioral Health Department and overseeing the care of patients aged 3-21+.
About the Role:
- Leverage your expertise in pediatric and behavioral mental health to provide exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with our physician-led education team to develop unit-based and evidence-based practice education programs.
- Mentor and guide staff members to ensure they have the skills and support needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement succession planning and leadership development programs to foster career growth and inspiration within the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with a focus on pediatric and behavioral mental health.
- Average age of patients: 14 (ages 3-21+, depending on medical diagnosis).
