Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Pediatric Behavioral Health Nurse Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee nearly 100 employees, including RNs and Techs, at multiple sites
  • Provide 24/7 oversight and leadership
  • Collaborate with the Director of Behavioral Health and other stakeholders to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher required
  • At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in pediatric and behavioral health settings
  • Proven leadership experience as a nurse, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This position requires working with a diverse patient population, including adolescents and young adults, in various behavioral health settings. The successful candidate will have experience with crisis prevention and management, suicide prevention, and restraints (physical and medicinal).
