Job Title: Digital Banking Product Manager

First Bank is seeking a highly skilled Digital Banking Product Manager to join our team. As a Digital Banking Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital banking solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop digital banking solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of digital banking platforms and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work with technology vendors to ensure partnership performance and bank awareness of digital product and service offerings.
  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage product backlogs and prioritize development of product features and functionality.
  • Develop testing agendas to improve products and work with BI teams to establish product reporting.
  • Review product pricing and fees and present business cases for recommended changes.
  • Function as the bank's subject matter expert on assigned product families.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required, with an MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a digital product manager/owner/lead and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience and/or training in banking, strategy, product management, and data analytics.
