Product Management Officer - Digital Focus
As a Digital Product Manager with a digital focus, you will support First Bank in becoming the bank of choice for families and businesses in the markets we serve by partnering closely with our technology and business division teams to develop and/or implement a best-in-class digital product set that meets the needs of our clients. You naturally claim ownership of the entire lifecycle of features and components: all through Discovery, Design, Development to ultimately Launch. A successful product will begin by tapping into the voice of the customer to fully understand customer needs and expectations, building strong relationships with internal and external partners, analyzing product data, creating and executing on comprehensive product strategy and working with sales and marketing teams to optimize product performance.
What You Will Be Doing
Collaboration with the multiple frontline employees and customers to gain a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations Lead implementation and integration of third-party technology platforms Work with assigned technology vendors, ensure partnership performance and bank awareness of all digital product and service offerings and how they add value Partner with technology and development teams to develop new digital banking solutions/products Create product visionEstablish and execute on product strategy and roadmap with clear timeline and deliverable due datesPrioritize development of product features and functionalityDevelop user stories and turn them into actionable tasksManage product backlog Responsible for developing a testing agenda to improve products; with a strong understanding and use of statistical model ( testing designs which can produce results that are statistically significant to share with key stakeholders) Work with BI team to establish appropriate product reporting for product performance management Review product pricing and fees, ongoing, presenting the business case for any recommended pricing changes and executing on changes approved Function as the bank’s subject matter expert on assigned product family, including product details, market conditions, regulatory requirements and risks Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university required, with an MBA preferred. We are also looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a digital product manager/owner/lead and a minimum of five to ten years of experience and/or training in banking, strategy, product management, and data analytics; high analytical acumen and strong technical skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential. Strong communication and positioning skills and sound business judgement.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. P&L management experience is a plus. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
