Job Overview

Ansell, a global leader in protection solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for selling and representing Ansell products and services to the Acute Market in the Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas territory.

We design and develop innovative safety solutions that enhance people's quality of life. Our wide range of products includes gloves, clothing, and other protective gear to keep workers safe and productive in industrial, medical, and consumer applications.

Responsibilities

  1. Promoting Ansell Products: Develop and execute territory sales strategies to promote Ansell products and services to existing and potential customers in the Acute Market.
  2. Sales and Representation: Sell and represent Ansell products and services to key decision-makers in hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare facilities.
  3. Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure ongoing business and identify new opportunities.
  4. Data Analysis: Compile monthly reporting dashboards to analyze business health and progress against growth targets, sharing results with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of successful sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Skills: Strategic account management, territory sales strategy development, sales force automation, and data analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
