Role Summary

This leadership position is responsible for driving sales growth within assigned territories and channels by implementing strategic approaches and collaborating with regional managers and key market managers.

  • Key responsibilities include developing programs and sales strategies for key dealers, mentoring and coaching territory managers, and consistently communicating with direct supervisors to discuss customer and company strategies.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
  3. Mentor and coach territory managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related field or 8 years of commensurate experience.
  • Proven sales experience within the territory.
  • Effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization, and customers.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
