Sales Executive OpportunityWe are expanding our Midwest sales team and seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with 1-8 years of sales experience. As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with Regional Managers and Key Market Managers to develop and implement sales strategies, coach Territory Managers, and manage trade shows.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies for key dealers within assigned territory, focusing on converting, promoting, and consolidating key categories to Diablo/Freud.
- Provide administrative support to Territory Managers, including scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, and suggesting orders.
- Mentor and counsel Territory Managers on company best practices, customer approaches, and strategies.
- Communicate consistently with direct supervisor to discuss customer and company strategies/specifics and attend conference calls to provide revenue planning.
- Travel regularly to meet customers and develop Territory Managers.
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience.
- Proven sales experience within this territory.
- Effective communication skills with corporate staff, sales organization, and customers.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
