Supply Chain Materials Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Establish, standardize, and execute methodologies for planning and provisioning, alongside supply chain operations. Oversee materials planning, inventory oversight, warehousing, logistics, and support for customer deliveries. Manage team activities related to material forecasting, planning, receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory management. Assist production scheduling by addressing all material flow challenges to align with production timelines and customer needs. Collaborate with internal management and others to forecast customer orders and ensure timely shipments. Utilize analytical skills to discern seasonal inventory patterns and optimal stock levels for various product categories. Perform additional duties as required.Our Team:
Located in a vibrant area, our team is at the forefront of delivering expertise in Materials Management. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Director for guidance and direction.
We Require Your Expertise:
5-7 years of experience in materials management within the Aviation/MRO sector. Experience collaborating with suppliers and vendors. Proficient planning and scheduling capabilities. AA/AS Degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant experience in Aviation/MRO Materials Management. Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.You Should Be Capable Of:
Demonstrating proficiency in: Leading a department focused on planning, scheduling, and warehousing. Being a collaborative team player with exceptional communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Exhibiting strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills, with a self-directed approach to tasks. Maintaining a broad perspective while being hands-on. Thriving under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines. Setting and achieving goals aligned with Business Unit expectations. Being eager and adaptable, with a desire for professional growth. Fluently reading, writing, and speaking English.Additional Considerations:

Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000
