Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Private Label customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • New Development and Offerings: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for growth and development, and work closely with customers to bring new products and services to market.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for Private Label customers, ensuring timely and effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders, including sales, purchasing, product development, and customer service.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to customers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services, and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with the compliance and QC team to address any potential quality issues, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including sales, purchasing, and product development teams, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education: AA Degree or BA/BS Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in private label account management.
  • Skills: High level of proficiency in Excel, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task several priorities and possess solid time management skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to relocate to Irwindale, CA before starting work.
