We're on a mission to put the world on vacation, and we need your help As a Guest Services Associate at Travel + Leisure Co., you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional experiences to guests from around the globe.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm welcomes and personalized service to guests, making their vacation unforgettable.
- Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and share insider knowledge about the resort and local attractions.
- Process transactions with precision and accuracy, balancing cash receipts and completing other cashier responsibilities.
- Verify guest folios, confirm reservations, and provide room rate quotes with a smile.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and office skills.
